Registration is possible here.

Members of the NNV receive a discount of 50%.

If you book before 16 March, you'll receive an early bird discount of € 5,-.

A reflection period of fourteen days applies, during which you can cancel your registration without costs. If the reflection period has ended, the following applies:

Cancellation of your registration is free of charge before March 27. If you cancel your registration between March 27 and April 3, 50% of your ticket will be refunded. After April 3, there will be no refund. 

PhD-students count as working (non-)members, so no reduction applies!

The organisation cannot be held responsible for damage to either the participants or goods during or as a result of participating in FYSICA 2026.
